Refund Policy


Quick Summary

  • No change-of-mind refunds.

  • Store credit only for eligible returns made within 14 days of delivery/collection.

  • Items must be in the exact same condition as purchased: unused, unworn, unaltered, unscratched, with all original packaging, certificates, tags and proof of purchase.

  • Custom/personalised/resized/engraved/special-order items and earrings are final sale.

  • Your ACL rights for faulty goods remain


Change-of-Mind Returns → Store Credit Only

We accept returns for store credit (not cash) on in-stock, non-custom jewellery when all conditions are met:

  • Request a Return Authorisation (RMA) within 14 days of delivery/collection.

  • Item is in identical condition to purchase: no wear, no polishing, no resizing/alteration, no scratches, chips, dents, abrasions, or missing parts/stones.

  • All original packaging and documents returned (boxes, pouches, diamond/gem certificates, appraisals, warranty cards, tags/security seals if used, any promo/bonus items).

  • Proof of purchase provided (receipt/tax invoice/order #).

  • Return shipping is at your cost & risk and must be tracked/insured.

  • Items that fail inspection will be returned to you or a reasonable deduction will be applied (see §4).

What you receive: a digital store credit for the item price excluding shipping/insurance, gift wrap, and payment provider fees (if non-recoverable).


Final-Sale / Not Eligible

  • Custom-made, made-to-order, personalised, engraved, resized or altered items

  • Special orders and items sourced specifically for you

  • Earrings and body jewellery (hygiene)

  • Items marked Final Sale/Clearance

  • Items showing wear, damage, missing parts/certificates, removed/defaced serials, or third-party alterations

  • Gift cards/store credit and services (e.g., resizing, rhodium, engraving)


Store Credit Terms & Deductions

  • Issued as a digital credit/gift card, valid for 36 months (per AU gift card rules).

  • Not redeemable for cash, non-transferable, and cannot buy other gift cards.

  • If packaging/certificates are missing or we must repolish/rebox, we may apply reasonable deductions (up to 10% admin/restocking) or replacement certificate fees (e.g., lost diamond report).

If you paid via BNPL (e.g., Afterpay), any approved return is still store credit; continue repayments per your BNPL agreement.


How to Start a Return

  1. We’ll advise RMA steps and return address.

  2. Pack securely with all packaging/certificates; ship tracked & insured.

  3. Allow 3–7 business days after receipt for inspection. We’ll issue your store credit or contact you if there’s an issue.

Unauthorised returns (no RMA) or COD parcels may be refused.


Shipping, Risk & International Orders

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • You are responsible for the item until we receive it; use insured, trackable shipping.

  • For international orders, duties/taxes are non-refundable. Return freight and any re-import fees are your responsibility unless required by law.


Faulty, Damaged or Misdescribed (ACL)

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

  • For minor problems, we may repair or replace within a reasonable time.

  • For a major failure, you can choose a replacement or a refund, and may claim compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss/damage.

  • If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of packaging and item.

  • Wear-and-tear, loss, accidental damage, improper care/cleaning, chemical exposure, third-party alterations/resizing, or misuse are not faults.


Diamonds, Gemstones & Natural Variations

  • Natural stones and precious metals may show unique variations (colour, inclusions, grain, finish). Images are representative; screen/lighting can affect appearance.

  • Certificates/appraisals are part of the product; returning without them may incur replacement fees or a deduction.

  • Resizing or alterations after purchase are separate services and non-refundable.


Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Custom/made-to-order/special orders: non-cancellable once confirmed.

  • In-stock items: cancellation before dispatch is not guaranteed; if approved, we may deduct reasonable costs already incurred (e.g., merchant fees, packing).


Deposits & Lay-bys (if used)

Deposits for custom/special orders and lay-bys are non-refundable but may be converted to store credit at our discretion unless required by law.
