Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be 18+ and able to form a legally binding contract.

  • You’re responsible for keeping your account details (including passwords) secure and for all activity under your account.

  • Provide accurate, current information. We may refuse, suspend, or close accounts where appropriate (e.g., fraud risk).

Product Information & Availability

  • We take care to display products accurately; however, natural gemstones and precious metals vary (colour, inclusions, grain). Screen/lighting differences may affect appearance.

  • We may change or discontinue items without notice. All products are offered subject to availability.

  • Carat weights and dimensions may include industry-standard tolerances.

Pricing, Taxes & Errors

  • Prices are shown in AUD and include GST unless stated otherwise.

  • We may correct pricing/description errors at any time. If an error affects your order, we’ll contact you to confirm, cancel, or refund the affected item.

  • Promotions/discounts: one per order unless stated; not exchangeable for cash; not valid on gift cards or services unless specified; not applied retroactively.

Orders & Acceptance

  • Your order is an offer to buy. We accept when we dispatch (or confirm for Click & Collect).

  • We may decline or cancel orders (e.g., stock unavailability, verification issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud). Any payment taken for cancelled items will be refunded.

  • We may require identity/payment verification and may ship first orders to the billing address only.

Payment Methods

  • We accept major cards and may offer BNPL options (e.g., Afterpay/Zip).

  • If you return an eligible item, any approved outcome is per our Refund & Returns Policy (e.g., store credit only for change-of-mind). For BNPL, you must continue repayments under your BNPL agreement.

Custom, Bespoke & Special Orders

  • Custom-made, made-to-order, personalised, engraved, resized, altered, or special-order items are final sale (non-refundable, non-cancellable once confirmed), except as required by the ACL.

  • Quotes are usually valid for 14 days unless stated. Lead times are estimates and may vary due to craftsmanship or supplier factors.

  • Deposits for custom/special orders are non-refundable and may be applied to production costs.

  • We may photograph finished pieces and, unless you object in writing, use images without personal identifiers for our portfolio/marketing.

Client-supplied stones & materials (if offered)

  • We take due care, but client-supplied gemstones/metals are accepted at your risk.

  • Pre-existing flaws (e.g., fractures, treatments) can increase risk during setting/repair. We recommend independent insurance.

  • To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for latent defects or loss/damage arising from pre-existing conditions or instructions outside best practice.

Repairs, Resizing & Services

  • Service quotes assume normal condition; hidden issues may require revised pricing or additional work.

  • Workmanship is warranted against manufacturing defects in the performed work (fair wear-and-tear, accidental damage, misuse, chemical exposure, and third-party alterations excluded). Your ACL rights remain.

  • We may exercise a jeweller’s lien over items until amounts due are paid in full.

Shipping, Risk & Title

  • See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for carriers, insurance, signature requirements, timeframes, and costs.

  • Risk passes on delivery when a signature is recorded (or at the address if you requested ATL).

  • Title passes on full payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable once shipped (unless required by law).

Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit

  • Change-of-mind returns: store credit only within 14 days if the item is in the exact same condition as purchased, per our Refund & Returns Policy.

  • Final sale items include custom/personalised/resized/engraved/altered items, special orders, earrings, gift cards, and services.

  • Faulty goods: your ACL consumer guarantees apply (major failure: replacement or refund at your choice; minor failure: repair or replacement within a reasonable time).

Gift Cards & Store Credit

  • Digital/physical gift cards and store credits are valid for 36 months (unless otherwise required by law), not redeemable for cash, non-transferable, and cannot purchase other gift cards. Lost/stolen cards won’t be replaced except as required by law.

Intellectual Property

  • All content on the site (designs, text, images, logos) is our property or licensed to us and protected by IP laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

  • By posting reviews or submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our business (you retain ownership).

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site (e.g., introduce malware, scrape content, bypass security, interfere with operations, or use the site for unlawful purposes). We may restrict access if we believe your use breaches these Terms.

Privacy & Cookies

We handle personal information per our Privacy Policy (collection, use, disclosures, overseas transfers, cookies, and your choices). See: [Privacy Policy].

Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, representations, and guarantees not required by the ACL.

  • Where liability cannot be excluded, and to the extent permitted, our liability is limited to the remedies provided under the ACL or, at our option, to re-supplying the goods or services or paying the cost of re-supply.

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (e.g., loss of profits, data, or opportunity) arising from your use of the site or purchase of products, except where not permitted by law.

Force Majeure

We’re not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., extreme weather, strikes, epidemics, carrier issues, supplier delays).

Third-Party Links & Tools

We may link to third-party sites or provide tools (payments, shipping, analytics). Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms. We’re not responsible for their content or practices.
