Refund & Returns Policy
1. Our Promise
We want you to love your piece for a lifetime. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — fairly, promptly, and in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
2. 14-Day Store Credit
Online purchases of ready-made pieces may be returned within 14 days for store credit, provided the item is unworn, in original condition, and in its original packaging. Store credit is issued for use in-store or online once we have received and inspected the return. This does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law for faulty goods.
3. Exclusions
Bespoke, engraved, resized, remodified or made-to-order pieces are crafted especially for you and cannot be returned for change of mind. Earrings may not be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty. Sale items are final unless faulty.
4. Faults & Warranty
Our craftsmanship carries a lifetime warranty against manufacturing faults. In the unlikely event of a fault, contact us immediately — we will repair, replace or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, at no cost to you. This warranty excludes normal wear, accidental damage, or work performed by third parties.
5. How to Return
Contact us first at sales@scagnetti.com.au or (08) 9385 5330 so we can arrange insured return shipping at our cost. Please do not post valuable items without speaking to us — we'll make sure they're protected.
6. Cancellations
Orders for in-stock pieces may be cancelled for a full refund any time before dispatch. Deposits on bespoke commissions are refundable until fabrication begins.
