Shipping Policy
1. Free Insured Shipping — Australia-Wide
Every online order ships free within Australia. All shipments are fully insured door-to-door and require a signature on delivery. Fine jewellery deserves nothing less.
2. Dispatch Times
In-stock pieces are dispatched within 1–2 business days of your order, beautifully packaged. Made-to-order and bespoke pieces carry individual timeframes, which we confirm with you personally before work begins.
3. Delivery Estimates
Once dispatched: Perth metro 1–2 business days; Eastern states 2–5 business days; regional areas 3–7 business days. You'll receive tracking as soon as your parcel leaves our workshop.
4. Signature & Security
All deliveries require a signature. For high-value pieces we may contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time. Online checkout currently collects a shipping address for insured delivery; if you would prefer to collect from our Cottesloe showroom, please contact us before or after ordering and we will arrange it with you.
5. International Shipping
We ship internationally on request. Duties, taxes and import charges at destination are the responsibility of the recipient. Contact us for a quote before ordering.
