A pendant sits where the eye rests first: at the collarbone, the sternum, or just above a neckline. In our Cottesloe workshop we design and make Broome pearl pendants, diamond drops and sculpted one-offs so the scale of the stone, the weight of the bail and the length of the drop feel considered on the body, not borrowed from a catalogue tray.
Chain length decides where that focal point lands. A shorter chain keeps a pendant close and formal; a longer one lets it move with the garment. Bring the piece you already wear most, or an heirloom stone or brooch you want reset as a pendant, and we will help you judge proportion in person before anything is committed at the bench.
